A lovely black transferware plate with the pattern of the View of the Canal, Little Falls: Mohawk River made by Job & John Jackson, Burslem, Staffordshire, circa 1831 - 1835.
This plate is part of the American Scenery Series based on the drawing by William Wall. This view shows the Aqueduct Bridge construction to carry the Erie Canal over the Mohawk River at Little Falls. The Mohawk river is a tributary of the Hudson River.
Measures 10 3/8" diameter. Plate is in very good condition; has 1 chip on the bottom rim, some light crazing and the edge has some roughness in the glaze from mfg.
Backstamp has the Jackson's Warranted mark.

A lovely brown transferware tea set made by Ridgways in the aesthetic Dee-Side pattern, c. 1884.
This set includes:
Covered teapot which measures 7 1/4" tall to the top of the handle. We could find no chips, cracks or crazing.
Covered sugar bowl. Measures 6" tall to the top of the handle and with no chips, cracks or crazing.
A thick and heavy tray with Dragonfly that measures approximately 7 1/2" x 8 3/4". The top edge is chipped as shown in the photos and the front has some light wear scratches.
4 cups which measure 2 1/4" tall with 3 1/4" top diameter. Two have some light crazing and one has a tiny chip on the bottom. (We are also including 2 addition cups which have a couple of hairlines)
Wonderful collectible antique Ridgways transferware.

A lovely Wedgwood Majolica plate with a pink blossom pattern on a turquoise background and pink Greek key edge border, circa 1876 - 1880's.
Plate measures 6 1/8" diameter. There are a few small chips / nicks on the edge, some crazing and the back is darkened from age as shown in the photos.
Bottom is incised with Wedgwood and what looks like the letters GVK with an E or F under those letters.
A beautiful collectible Wedgwood Majolica piece.
