| This incense case has carved and lacquered designs, bat motif on the cover and Reishi or Ganogerma Lucidum motif on the bottom. There is an artist mark "Zokoku" with lacquer on the bottom. Tamakaji Zokoku (1806-1869) is known as father of Sanuki (Kagawa) lacquer art. It is in good condition with bald lacquer of design on the bottom. Measurements about : 1 1/8" (3cm) tall and 3" (7.5cm) in diameter. Comes with original wooden box. | |||||||||||||
