A superb Victorian Italian micro mosaic pendant of a cavalier, mounted in an elaborate
cannetille 18K gold setting. This dashing gent sports a sword, a hat with a plume, and a colorful suit of clothes! He is tripping along the greensward, against a black mosaic background; the whole is set into a large teardrop-shaped piece of goldstone (or goldstone glass). Measures 2 ½” high. Excellent condition: one gold bead in setting is discolored.

Superb Victorian garnet bangle, set in vermeil, circa 1870. The bracelet is comprised of a single row of luscious garnets, terminating in a seed pearl and garnet flowerette. The clasp has been replaced, partially obscuring the original owner's engraved initials. There are repairs and some wear to a few of the flat prong settings, but all stones are stable. A lovely mid Victorian garnet and 12K gold brooch, an oval with a raised boss, set with seven oval-cut garnets and scroll leaf detail, on a molded mount with garnet highlights (12) and gold bead detail. The reverse features a glazed locket compartment lined with blue fabric. C-clasp and tube hinge. Measures 1 3/4 inches by 1 1/4 inches. Condition: very good; a few dimples to the "fans" at left and right.

Wonderful 19th century gilt metal chatelaine on a ring, comprising a gilt metal double fruit knife, ribbon puller in the form of a stork (with a mummy case but no mummy!), a mummy case with a mummy inside, a pencil holder (with pencil), and a scent bottle (no stopper). There's light wear to the gilt on the high points, but it's a charming antique piece -- a mix of Egyptian revival and art nouveau that works!
