A phenomenal, early example of mourning hair work, featuring a landscape in blond and brown hair, set into a heart shaped silver brooch and surrounded by eighteen gorgeous table cut diamonds. Probably dating to 1780 (or possibly a little earlier) the scene is incredibly detailed, depicting an urn, tree, windmill, house and boat.
