Fantastic enameled home front bracelet featuring a central panel with caricatures of Hitler and Tojo, sent in a metal links. The portraits, each with a dagger in their heads, flank a swastika and rising sun. At the top is a “V” for victory, flanked by the U.S. and Chinese flags. Reverse is inscribed "To: Lt. Col. B.E.
