| Portrait miniature in ink on vellum of a lady, by James Ferguson, circa 1750. The lady is identified on the reverse as “my mother” and “Mrs. Morris.” She wears a white cap and black figured shawl. Set in a turned wood frame. Excellent condition. 3 3/8” by 2 7/8; sight size is 2 1/2” by 1 7/8”. | ||||||
