This 7 1/4 size ring consist of 0.08ctw round diamonds bead-set with a milligrain edge on half of the spinning octagons, with a gold sphere in the center. It has round blue sapphire at the center with two tiers of round diamonds and one tier of round sapphires around it. Multi-band shank on ring that unfolds into bracelet.
