Metal Toy, Man with Net

This early metal toy is of a man with a net. Now I'm not sure if this is a fisherman and the rod and reel are missing or if the net is to catch butterfiles, you toy collectors be the judge. Arms and Legs do move.

Measures 7.25 inches tall.

This toy figure is in Excellent Condition with very good paint and no bends or breaks.
