Absolutely adorable German Cocker Spaniel Pup Signed "ROSENTHAL Selb-Bavaria" and initialed "K.", also stamped "KARNER", under it the number "1247" and something else I can't make out, all of the above underglaze. The mark came out too faint to determine the exact year of manufacture, but it's definitely pre-war, supposed to be 1920's or earlier. MINT CONDITION, no damages or repairs of any kind. Original Meissen figurine from the Zodiac Collection - "Scorpio", handpainted, quality is as fantastic as the rest of them, also in perfect condition - no damages or repairs of any kind! Stands about 5" in height, at least 4 7/8". Blue Meissen "Crossed Swords" underglaze mark, and some letters and numbers impressed into the bottom. Gorgeous piece, fantastic detail, just like the rest of them!

Portrait of "Madame de Montespan" with the underglaze Old Paris mark from approx. 1860's! Detail Simply unbelievable!!!
