This vase is a typical cobalt Loetz, very Art Nouveau shape, strong iridescent finish outside and inside, with purplish hue. Decorated with a "spider-web"-like decor, looks like lava. Polished pontil. Nice solid weight, not light. Very Beautiful!

BASIC INFO: This shape is called:"Jack-in-Pulpit", fired fading gold decor under brightly iridescent finish. Polished pontil. Bottom part has "bumps", very unusual decor and a RARE "speciman" in general, HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE!!!
