These dozen (in my experience) unique seafood forks are in a pattern of sterling silver flatware I cannot find information on. Not a standard pattern, so perhaps they were a special order, each bears the Gorham mark, sterling, and at the top of the handle, the number "34". Each fork measures 5 5/8" in length, and is in excellent condition. Here is a custom-made Tiffany & Co. sterling silver wine coaster measuring 4 3/4" across and 1 1/4" high. It has a mahogany base, and the sterling silver frame encloses six dies used for stationery on the yacht Viking (at least that is my theory). It dates from the era of John C Moore II, and is in excellent condition with only the slightest bend on the edge.
This three-piece youth set, by the premium designer, Unger Brothers, dates from the turn of the 19th - 29th centuries. The longest piece, the knife, measures 7 1/4" in length. The three pieces show ware, but are in very good condition. American, c. 1900.
This tiny bucket, probably Dutch in origin, measures 1 1/4" in height (without handle), and 2" from base to top of handle. The frieze around the sides bears a side portrait of a man's head above a rather fanciful winged cherub or angel's head. The base bears a mark "HH". The piece is .800 silver, and dates from c. 1870.
Well executed with sharp, repousse features, this miniature silver toby jug measures 2 1/4" in height. It has a sharp, chiseled, applied handle. It is in excellent condition and dates front he last years of the 19th Century. It bears Dutch or German hallmarks.
Folding neatly so that it fits into its green leather carrying pouch, this knife and fork set is marked .800 silver (perhaps German?). It is decorated in the center medallion with a knight or crusader. Opened the set measures 6 3/4" (17 cm). The leather case is a green-brown with gilt tooling. All in good, used condition. European c. 1920.
Measuring 8" in diameter, and 3" in height, this lovely footed bowl, marked Tiffany & Co, weighs approximately 18 troy ounces. avoirdupois). It is beautifully decorated below the outside rim with scallop shells, swirls and flourishes, in the best tradition of this magnificent silver manufacturer. Wonderful condition with only a couple very slight scratches on the underside of the foot. It bears the M mark of the John C. Moore II management period.
This glass box, measuring 4 1/4" long, 2 1/4" high, and 2 1/2" deep, features a repousse-like lid and a plated surround, covered in figures and scenery in the dutch style. A tiny plate on the inside of the lid reads "Holland Silver Plate". I believe that the box dates from the late teens or the nineteen twenties. It is in very good condition. Some of the silver is worn so tat some of the copper shows through, however,

blades. There are Scandinavian (see close up of mark), and likely .800 silver.The knife is 12" long, while the fork measures 8 1/4". There is some bruising to the knife handle, but otherwise normal wear. Set dates from the c. 1920's
Measuring 3 7/8" long these silver gilt demitasse spoons, recently acquired from descendants of royalty in a Washington, D.C. estate, appear to have been inspired by the designs of the British silversmith George Adams, who made these ornate grape motif designs so popular in the early Nineteenth Century.
