This handsome Imari chalice measures, 6" High and 2 /34" in diameter at the top. It has striking Imari blue and reds colors and design, and a brilliant gold interior. It is in excellent condition, and 40 - 50 years old.

These two kutani figures, brightly colored and beautifully decorated, are Japanese, and with the "Maid in Japan", the mark used in the post WWII era. Each figure measures approximately 5 1/2" H x 3 1/2" wide, and is in excellent condition.

With the flamboyant color we have come to expect from the Longwy factory, this limited edition charger glows. The mark indicates that it is #26 of 75 designed by the artist R. Rizzi, c.1950, and decorated by hand by (J.M.)J. Masson. My guess is that it is c. 1950. It is in excellent condition, and was recently acquired from a Washington, DC estate. It is 37 cm, 16" in diameter.

Manufactured during the Twentieth Century in France, this pitcher is made from sheets of multi-colored pieces of clay and then shaped and fired. Requiring a great deal of love and labor, these piece of French pottery are much sought-after. It measures 7 3/4" high, and approx. 7 1/4" handle to spout. In excellent condition.

This shagreen gaming caddy, or chip holder, holds about 130 mother of pearl gaming chips (perhaps a few are missing), and stands, to the tip of the handle, 3" high. It is 7 1/2" across and 5" wide. The condition, with the exception of some wear to the underside, is excellent. All the fad in the Art Deco era, this piece is a rare find, indeed.

Standing 10 1/2" high, this male and female in deep aqua crackle glaze, are handsome Italian pottery chinoiserie figures made for the design import house of WONY in New York City. Although the base is marked "SB 55 WONY ITALY", similar figures were made by the potter Ugo Zaccagni, and Fantoni. As a bonus, each figure bears its original WoNY sticker. In brilliant blue, orange, yellow green and yellow, this faience elephant was made in France expressly for Tiffany and Company, I am guessing ca. 1970. It measures 16 1/2" in length, 9 1/2" in height, and 5" deep. It is in excellent condition, and can accommodate a floral arrangement in the square opening on the "howdah" on top. It is in excellent condition.

This is an exceptional, four piece sauce dish, lid, underplate, and matching marked Meissen spoon. The dimensions are (the underplate) 10 3/4" x 8", while the entire set is 6 3/4" high to the top of the strawberry finial. The pieces are in excellent condition, with the exception of a chip on the inside of the lid, only visible when taken off. Germany, first third of the Twentieth Century.

Having carved half-sails, and sailing on a foamy sea, is this diorama-like replica of the sailing ship "Marion Sprague". Written in pencil on the reverse is the inscription, "Marion W. Sprague built in Boston 1889, 748 ton" and then signed, "George A. Alden, 1941". The piece measures 12 1/2" long, 9" high, and 3 1/2" deep. In good, as found condition with a fine folk art, home-made flavor.
