| This marvelous "mini" Chinese vase dates from the turn of the Eighteenth Century, c. 1810 or so. Although it stands a diminutive 3" in height (7.5mm), it is chock-a-block with bright flowers and gilding. The piece is in superb condition with only some wear to the gilt. It is unmarked, but its decoration clearly places it in the Chinese export category with European clobbering (likely Dutch) from the 1780 - 1820 era. Quite often, these small vases were part of a small-sized garniture set. | |||||
