William Eggleston, a well known pioneer of color photography , has also worked in recent years on drawing. This is a circa 1990 colored felt pen drawing, measuring 7" x 7". The work was executed on a 1938 Richard Strauss Opera book. Eggleston has been known to execute these drawings on any paper available.
