This splendid and petit vintage cabinet is from the Brittany region of France. Wonderfully carved in every detail, this miniature cabinet looks just like the full size antique version and even has a glass panel in the door. This armoire style of furniture is carved on both sides and the top, and is in very good condition. The wood knob for the door is missing, so it doesn't close all the way shut. This is a handsome pair of French Club Chairs in their original Cognac color leather with accent color piping. Circa 1940, they have a slope back design with rolled arms. The leather seat cushion can be flipped over to show a darker accent color seat in original Mohair. The back leather panel is finished with a classic brass nailhead detail.
