This striking pair of cast aluminum Barstools are by Joan Casas I Ortinez (1942- ), Barcelona Spain. Originally designed as the TEMA Collection in 1988 for Indecasa, the stools are made in Spain and comprised of three pieces of cast aluminum, topped with a Cherry stained wood seat. With their machine-age look, these pieces would look sensational in a High Rise or Loft. Built for actual commercial furniture use, these pieces are extremely well made and very sturdy.
