This is a splendid Still Life painting on a copper plate. The colors and quality of detail are marvelous. The elegant Venetian style wine glass and ornate silver tray are quite lovely. Their is no signature and I'm unsure as to its actual age. It could be 18th or early 19th century. It has the appearance of being Dutch, but you'll have to be the judge. Although the condition of the paint appears to be original and stable, it has been varnished some time ago and was poorly done.
