A colorful stack sculpture which is 41" tall and the base which is 12" in diameter. In fine condition. This sculpture was a gift in the 1970s to artist, Erle Loran, who was chairman of the art department at UC Berkeley when Voulkos was head of the ceramics department. Although the ceramic is not signed, its provenance is impeccable. It is pictured in the 1978 book by Rose Slivka ,"Peter Voulkos: A Dialogue with Clay."
