An ancient bronze decorative buckle in the form of two stylized bird heads, strung upon a hand woven Kumihimo cord by Jan Prichard Cohen. The bronze element, which is from Northern China, Liao Dynasty circa 10th to early 13th century, has been authenticated, conserved, and protected so that it may be worn without fear of causing it harm.
