| Man’s face carved in wood. The teeth were originally mother of pearl. Thinly carved with a glossy patina on the back. (There is a white string through the nose for hanging.) Indonesian, circa late 19th century. This mask is part of a personal collection by the owner of Haig’s of Rochester. It was featured in an exhibit in 1995, cataloged by the Field Museum in Chicago.
