| Beautiful Wild Goose, 4th Rank, Male badge from the Ch'ing Dynasty. It Is embroidered with gold and silver metallic threads in an extremely fine petit point stitch. The bird and sun are integral to the piece. The silk backing has degraded (see picture). It is a very fine quality badge with some water damage. In perfect condition, it would be worth $1000 - $2000. This badge would have been worn an imperial official on the back of the Pufu robe. Circa 19th century, China.
