A Very Rare Mother of Pearl/Tortoise Shell Inlaid GO Playing Board- 19th C./ Korea, Joseon dynasty, 19th century. This GO playing board is extremely rare, each side panels inlaid with Phoenix and Dragon in mother of pearl and tortoise shell excusitely, on the top each vertical and horizontal lines inlaid in wire and covered with dark brown enamels, resting on four bracket feet joined by a scroll outime apron, on the bottom it covered with loose cotton linens and covered with dark enamels. ...click for details
