| A Pair of Very Rare/Fine Bronze Candle Sticks (Holders); Korea, Joseon period, 19th Century These pair of brass candle sticks are of slender elegant designs in asymmetrical H-shapes, and are composed of three parts; light reflecting mirror with a big butterfly shape incised peonies and attached a symbol of Yin Yang on the tip of the bitterfly wings, a chain attached snuffers (one missing), a lotus bud shape of candle holder, and its supporting bamboo shaped slender post with a half dome base incised with two layed peony scrolsl. It is in very find condition without damages at all but one snuffer missing. It measures 50.5cm H. (19 7/8” H). | ||
