Koreans have used depictions of ducks and geese as symbols of fidelity and happy marriage since early times. *** Many old duck, ori, like the present one, are superb pieces of folk sculpture, warm and compelling in their directness and naivete. It’s in excellent condition with pigment colors with a rich and old dark patina of the surface of the wood. It measures 42.5cm L. x 23cm H. (16 3/4” x 9”) | ||
