| A Very Fine Celadon Inlaid Deep Bowl: Korea, Koryo period, 12th-13th Century, This is a very finely inlaid in white slip on the interior with a band of foliate scroll and four pomegranate sprays centering a single chrysanthemum in the recessed well, inlaid on the exterior in the white and black slip with four chrysanthemum medallions between bands of parallel lines and with four chrysanthemum florets. It is applied overall greenish blue celadon glaze evenly including base with three spur marks on the base. It is in very fine condition except firing cracks (not an artificial crack) on the base and and mouth rim (see an arrow mark). Measures 8” d. x 3” h, | ||
