Japanese Antique Textile Cotton Edo Komon Girl's Haori
This is a girl's cotton haori which has tiny katazome pattern ( komon ). Komon is stencil-resist-dyeing which was developed in Edo period and was used for samurai's kimono as well as common peole's kimono. This girl's haori is made of handwoven cotton. In excellent condition. Late Edo period ( ca. mid 19th C ). 70cmx 70cm 27"1/2 x 27"1/2
