Very lovely old pieced and embroidered silk and velvet 'crazy quilt', circa turn of the century. Features a beautiful array of vibrantly colored fabrics, and a multitude of intricate hand stitching. What a wonderful piece of history. The quilt measures 70" X 84". It is in pretty good condition, but does have some fading and fraying commensurate with age.

This is a black fan, with hand painted florals, circa 1900. The fan is made of silk and ebony. It has pink and white flowers painted on the silk, and gold etchings in the ebony. It is encased in a gilded wooden frame. The piece measures 26.5" x 16.5" x 2". Total weight is 5.6 lbs.
