| Chinese double balustrade wedding bed with red and gold lacquer, extensive carving and lattice work. Elaborate decorative carving including a variety of animals and birds in pairs including fu dogs, deer, rhinoceros, phoenix, dragons, fish, bats, etc. Carvings on both exterior and interior of bed. Photos were take by our digital camera from photocopies made before the bed was disassembled. Bed is much more beautiful and detailed than the photos show. The mat, not shown, is of woven hemp and in excellent condition. There are no condition issues. Currently disassembled and ready to ship. It measures 8 feet high. | |||||||||||||||
