| A very unique and stunning pair of tiger maple side chairs. Marked number I, and number IV; these chairs are probably an undocumented form. Produced by a provincial cabinetmaker, the chairs exhibit a number of details not found on a chair made by an urban craftsman. New Jersey? New York? Old, probably original surface; the chairs are solid and tight. Both chairs have replaced slip seats with new fabric. Height 38 3/4", seat height 18 3/8", width 19 1/2, depth 17 1/4". | ||
