| Convex mirror with great proportions in what appears to be the original gilding. The eagle is finely carved and possibly of American origin; similiar eagles are found on mirrors from Albany, N.Y.. The five gilt spheres suspended on chains from the eagles beak are placed so as to mirror the top five spheres on the circular frame. The frame and backboard appear to be in white pine. Height 37", width 21" | ||
