A Georgian mahogany kneehole desk, late 18th century. The top drawer with a tooled leather slide over multiple compartments, lift-out trays and drawers over a molded shallow “secret” drawer. A very good “Chinese style” cherry chest of drawers, late 18th century, probably Maryland or Southern. The rectangular flush, dovetailed top with line inlay above four cockbbeaded, graduated drawers, ending in splayed French feet, pine and some oak secondary woods. 36 ¾” h. x 35 ¾” w. x 20” d.
