This Japanese Oribe oil bottle, abura-tsubo, was used for oil-lamp and it has a symmetrical and balanced shape with two chrysanthemums on the both sides. The Oribe glaze shows deep and clean green and it contrasts so well with two floral motifs. Ca. Meiji Era (late 1868-1912) The dimensions are:
