A rare sample of Ming 15th century Hongzhi blue and white large dish, rounded side with flattened rim and glazed base, dish decorated with large fish among sea plantation on the center, inner wall with four phoenix bird with different position, rim with classic scroll motif, outer wall with continuous flower scroll motif. Dish has been broken into 2 large piece and professionally restored no missing parts, still a very beautiful piece for display and collection. Size: 32 cm diameter. |
