Fine silk and couched metal embroidery on gauze. Similar shape to a tea cozy, so perhaps was intended to cover something. Very good condition. 14" x 10".
circa 1910-1950. Silk embroidery on fine cotton. Appears to have been created for the export market. Large rectangular area of drastically different brightness (see image). 50"x 32".
