| Barovier and Seguso both used this base with applied figures, animals and flowers attached; I am not sure which company made these. They are wonderful ribbed clear glass bookends with flowers of white paste encased in clear glass and transparent green leaves. I can find no chips on the flowers. WOW! Great condition.
