FAQs
Q: What does the 'On Reserve' status mean? A: We place items on reserve after a client asks to purchase it. After it is received we place the item in our sold items page/archives. Q: What does 'Under Consideration' status mean? A: When a client needs some time to decide on a purchase we place the item with this status. Q: Do you accept payments over time? A: Yes, we are always willing to work with clients with monthly payments or holding works for a reasonable amount of time. Q: Do you purchase items? A: Yes, we are always interested to purchase single pieces or entire collections. Q: Do you have a gallery and may we visit? A: Yes, we have a gallery located in Mishima, Shizuoka prefecture. It's exactly one hour from Tokyo on the Tokaido 'Bullet Train' line heading towards Kyoto. Please do stop by if you're ever in Japan. Q: I see your prices are in yen, how does this work? A: We process all orders here in Mishima and your card will be charged in your country's currency using the exchange rate of the day the order is processed. We place a US dollar price in brackets for all pieces, yet that price also has a date that shows the rate for that time. The actual charge to your card may vary slighty. Please do contact us with any questions or comments and do read our client's comments accessed from the Testimonials link on our home page .
