Q: What does the 'On Reserve' status mean?
A: We place items on reserve after a client asks to purchase it.
After it is received we place the item in our sold
items page/archives.
Q: What does 'Under Consideration' status mean?
A: When a client needs some time to decide on a purchase we
place the item with this status.
Q: Do you accept payments over time?
A: Yes, we are always willing to work with
clients with monthly payments or holding works
for a reasonable amount of time.
Q: Do you purchase items?
A: Yes, we are always interested to purchase
single pieces or entire collections.
Q: Do you have a gallery and may we visit?
A: Yes, we have a gallery located in Mishima, Shizuoka
prefecture. It's exactly one hour from Tokyo on the
Tokaido 'Bullet Train' line heading towards Kyoto. Please
do stop by if you're ever in Japan.
Q: I see your prices are in yen, how does this work?
A: We process all orders here in Mishima and your card will
be charged in your country's currency using the exchange rate
of the day the order is processed. We place a US dollar price
in brackets for all pieces, yet that price also has a date that
shows the rate for that time. The actual charge to your
card may vary slighty.
