| We've handled quite a few unrai--blue-gold pieces by Morino Taimei(b.1934) in the past, yet this is the first in a tsubo-jar form. The bulbous 'canvas' form perfectly suits the meandering gold patterns and the dark blue glaze is quite divine. More about this important Kyoto artist in our archives.
