This charming little Victorian pin is gold filled. It is set with pastes and has seven ball dangles along with a chain attached to a matching stickpin for safety. The pin is a generous 1 1/2" and has the maker's mark PC Co. Circa 1880
A wonderful piece of history, this medal with its hunting dog wreathed in a hunting horn is from Montevideo, Uruguay and is for a 50 m race. Clearly marked for 1921, the medal is 1 1/4" by 1 1/4".

The popularity of all things Italian amounted to mania in the Victorian England of 1860-1880. Especially favored were objects of Etruscan design. This locket is gold fill, decorated with an Etruscan Revival motif punctuated with a pearl. The locket is 1 ½" long and is unmarked.
