This is a bargain! The ring is 18 k white gold with three diamonds in a simple but lovely setting. It's Edwardian in style, but so simple and perfect that the real age is not obvious. Certainly it's 1950 or earlier, however. The center diamond is an estimated 0.5 carat, and the two side stones 0.33 carats each, for an ETDW of 1.16 carats--a lot of diamond for the price. The center stone is VS1 in clarity, the side stones SI1 and SI2. The color is M and the size is 7 1/2.
