| This is an early and fine example of a Han Dynasty(206BC-AD220) Kneeling Court Lady. Large Figures of this type have been very sought after by collectors over the years. A figure of this size would have come from of an important Tomb and would have been priced well into the thousands of dollars just a few years back.Pieces like this are destined to return to these values when supplies diminish. This wonderful figure still retains a good deal of the original paint and facial detail, especially for a piece of its age. It is in excellent condition with only normal chips, abrasions and possibly expert repair. The figure measures 20.5 inches tall and is 11.0 inches wide.
