| This fine Southern Song Dynasty (1127-1279 AD) Yingqing glaze Wine Ewer has rounded sides and a long spout, curving outward from the shoulder and a strap handle bent slightly outwards. The Ewer is covered with a translucent blue/gray glaze the stops short of the foot by 3/4" as is common with Song pieces. The glaze of the lid is not an exact match to the body of the Ewer and may be a replacement. The Ewer measures 4.5"h x 4.75"w x 3.5"dia. This is a fine example of a Song Ewer and will make a great addition to any collection of Asian antiquities. The authenticity of this Ewer is guaranteed.
