| American Impressionist Carl Martin Raschen 1882 - 1962, Ships in a Harbor, oil on canvas, 18" by 24", signed lower left, 23 7/8" by 29 3/4" framed in 22K gilded carved reproduction period frame, lined, scattered minor retouch, mostly at edges. Artist, a painter and illustrator, worked primarily in New York State and St. Louis, Missouri. Studied at the Rochester Athenaeum and was a member of the Rochester Art Club, Rochester Picture Painter's Club, Woodstock Art Association, and St. Louis Brush and Pencil Club. | ||
