Day of the Dead Scene. Elaborate Altars are used to remember and entice the deceased ancestor's to return for a 'Visit'. This work is a visual record of the oral and written traditions of the indigenous rituals of Mexico. Special breads are made for this occasion. Favorite fruits or foods (of the deceased) are made & gathered. On this day, such items help guide and bring back their beloved ancestors.
