Here is a beautifully executed necklace of silver beads and three square conchos with nicely matched blue-green turquoise stones. The stones are set in high hand-cut serrated bezels, on nicely detailed repousse squares; edges are scalloped and stamped. 16 inches from end to end. Each of the conchos is about 1-3/8 inches square, and the beads are 1/4 inch. Stamped ‘sterling’ and HJY—or HYJ (see photos).

A Navajo woman in traditional dress kneels at her rug loom, holding a weaving comb and smiling as the design takes form. The designs are all hand-stamped or incised. The weaver is a separate piece that has been added as an overlay, giving a nice sense of dimension. The pin measures 1-7/8 inches across at the widest point, and 2-3/4 inches long. Unmarked sterling silver.

Here is a classic cuff with scalloped edges, file-stamped designs, and neat little birds applied on either side of the stone. The large agate cabochon has a plain bezel and is mounted on a flattened-rope border. Stamped “sterling” but unsigned. Interior circumference is 5-1/2 inches, with a 1-1/2 inch gap.

This is a lightweight piece, which can be worn either as a pin or as a pendant. It has an abstract design, and its classic overlay technique resembles Hopi pieces but is clearly stamped “Sterling 925 Taxco” with the letters AH in the center. The pin has a nice patina and the buyer can choose how shiny to make the silver.

Remember how big shirt collars were in the 1970s? Well these silver tips were right in style at the time. Each one measures 3-1/2 inches by 2-1/2 inches. Notched edges with hand-stamped borders, plus applied stamped rounds and small drops. Large loops on the backs let you sew or pin these tips to a shirt. Unmarked, probably coin silver.

This dramatic silver bracelet features a heavy split shank decorated with traditional thunderbird, arrow, and lozenge stamps, and onlays of repousse “wings” and drops. The glowing reddish petrified wood stone is surrounded by a fine twisted-wire bezel and cast details. Interior circumference is 5-1/4 inches, with a gap of 1-1/4 inch. Unmarked. In perfect condition with a beautiful patina.

One of two tiles by contemporary Hopi pottery Lillian Namingha, this one shows a stylized star and wind symbols resembling whirling logs. Beautifully executed and in perfect condition, the tile is about 1/4 inch thick and measures 2-7/8 inches by 4-1/4 inches. It is signed on the back "L. Namingha" and includes her corn symbol.

Traditional Hopi pottery motifs--turkey feathers, pahos, and even warrior marks--surround an ear of corn on this elegant tile by master potter Lillian Namingha. One of two tiles now available by this well-known artist. The tile is about 1/4 inch thick and measures 2-3/4 inches by 4-1/8 inches. In perfect condition, and clearly signed on the back "L. Namingha" with her corn symbol.

Mother of pearl, pipestone, turquoise and onyx are used in fine edge-to-edge inlay in these beautiful cufflinks. Backed with sterling silver and with a delicate serrated bezel, they are in perfect condition with no cracks, chips, or scratches. Each is about 1-1/4 inches at the widest. Unmarked.

Sterling silver with three "raindrops" on each side of a hand-polished and bevelled stone in deep red, with dark matrix. This old ring is about a size 9, and is in very good condition with a nice patina. It is not marked or signed. The kind of ring that someone would make for personal every-day wear.
