If you have received an item having sustained damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and feel free to return the item in question. We check our all items very carefully before listing for sale and we will mention if there are flows, chips, wears, cracks or hairlines.
If the description of the items as advertised in the online catalog, or the condition stated terein does not accurately match the items you receive please let us know right away. We will be accept returns and refund payments less shipping related fees and any processing fees.
Items must be postmarked no more than 7 days after their receipt. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as we shipped and in the same boxes, packaging and materials.
