100% pure silver kettle. "Jyun-gin"(pure silver)mark on the base. Signed maker name "Shoubi-do" on the base also. The impressive design is the knob. It is made from jewel, natural jade "Hisui". Overall condition is in very good except some very minor small dents on the lower part. Very lovely shape. Measurements about : 19cm(7.48")Length, 20.5cm(8.07")Width, 25.5cm(10.03")Tall. Total Silver Weight : 1087g. Date : From later Meiji to early Taisho period. Beginning of 20th century. |
