We'll be happy to give you refund for any unsatisfied customer, but as almost all items from this site are used or vintage items, we do charge for restocking fee. Please expect mothball smell from older kimonos, but they go away if you dryclean(bulk cleaning, no pressing please).
And any return should be made immediately within 72 hours after you receive your items. If return is proposed after that, restocking fee will be higher. Restocking fee when return was made within 72 hours after you received items: 5% or $5 whichever is bigger, small fabric package under$10 can't be returned.
