Cornelius Westerbeek, Dutch, 1844-1903. This wonderful oil on canvas is a Dutch Landscape with a Shepard Driving his flock of Sheep at Dusk. It has one black sheep in the flock which is one of Westerbeek's trademarks. It is a very fine example of Westerbeek's work which was about landscapes with animals and farms as well as genre. It is housed in a handsome 19th C frame and is signed lower right. The painting is 23 3/8" by 39 5/8" and he overall framed dimensions are 31.25" by 45.5". The condition of the painting and the frame is good. His paintings sell for up to $20,000.

Fillipo Indoni, 19th C Italian. Oil on Canvas, signed mid lower right. this oil on canvas is typical of Indoni's portrait. It is 29" by 39" and if framed in a handsome 19th C original frame. Framed dimensions are 36" by 46". It has had a small repair in the upper background but no problems in the Figure itself. Indoni is listed in Mallett, Benezit and Davenport and his paintings sell for up to $20,000.
