| Antoniucci Volti, French, 1915-1989. This outstanding bronze is a nude woman sitting on the ground and bent over. It is bronze dark brown/black patina with touches of green. Inscribed "Volti" and Epreuve d' Artiste 2/2" and "Susse Fond Paris." Width 9" Hight 5 1/2." It is in perfect condition and has excellent provenance from Galerie Cardan, Paris, 1976. He has an extensive listing in Benezit. He worked in France and his work is in the Musee D'Art Moderne in Paris. He is well known for his nude sculptures and his prices go up to "$45,000" | ||
