It is beautifully executed in fluid brush strokes in lovely pastel colors and is probably a scene in San Francisco Cincinnatti or perhaps Philadelphia,. This artist studied in California and Paris, has exhibited in Calif and the Corcoran, work in Museum in Calif and Vermont, teacher and member of art org.
